A large burgundy cotton and velvet cloak with gold hand-painting. Worn by a male dancer in Dance of Theodora.

Item Details:
The body of the cloak is made from burgundy cotton and hand painted in gold with a large heraldic style design. The collar, front opening, and hem are bordered with a band of burgundy cotton velvet and trimmed with lurex woven gold braid. The front opening is also trimmed with 16 mounted glass jewels. The cotton is very fragile. The cloak has been relined with mint green wool flannel.
