A red embossed box containing a large selection of 1920s make-up once owned by former Denishawn Dancer Mary Howry.

Item Details:
Makeup box: imitation embossed red leather over cardboard core.
Contents: pink tin canister containing Qui Sait Bath Powder (color: carnation), powder brush (possibly Japanese), sheepskin puff, pink velvet puff, bundle of black French pins, wrapped packet of Majesty black French pins, glass jar of Stein’s Light Moist Rouge, two red and gold boxes of Powd’r Base by Hampden (one foundation and one rouge), packet of Kleenex Lipstick Tissues, silk stocking wig cap, red lacquer box containing black bobby pins and French pins, small red lacquer box of wooden sticks for mascara application.
