Description:
Three yellow cotton kimonos with silver and black hand-painting. Worn by the chorus/female servants in O-Mika. Possibly from the 1960s revival. 

Item Details:
A set of three yellow cotton unlined kimonos with pale blue cotton collar facings. The sleeves are lined with red cotton. Each kimono is hand-painted in silver and black.
C-067_1 Painted with a pattern of irises. Inscribed with the name May.
C-067_2 Painted with a pattern of wisteria and bamboo. A hand written cotton label is stitched inside, mostly illegible - 3 yellow + blue - rest unreadable. 
C-067_3 Painted with a pattern of cherry blossom. Inscribed with the name Louise.
