C-086_a The body of the cloak is made of gold and pink lurex and pink brocade. The front opening, collar, and hem are trimmed with braid which has been later covered in gold lurex fabric. The collar was originally trimmed with pearls - a few still remain. A panel down the center back is decorated with glass and plastic jewels as well as glitter and lurex thread. These have been repaired with colored adhesive cotton tape at a later date.

From the back hem hangs a panel of gold knitted and sequined fabric.
