A pair of Chinese embroidered turquoise slippers most likely bought by Howry in Hong Kong on the Denishawn tour in 1925-26.

Item Details:
The slippers have thick leather soles and the uppers are embroidered with yellow, pink, and green flowers. A label in each shoe reads Mary Howry, a second label indicates they came from a shop in Hong Kong and were Made in China.
