Item Details
This elaborate Chinese headdress was most likely bought in China on the Denishawn 1925-1926 tour. The headdress consists of a highly decorated shaped panel with filigree style decoration and detail. The headdress is decorated with floral shapes covered in cut out pieces of blue feather, beaded floral shapes, and pale blue fur pom poms. At the back of the headdress is a blue satin snood with red and blue satin hanging panels decorated with tassels.
