Tributes to Thompson by Sam Miller, Morton Levy, Judith Jamison, Norton Owen, Sara Neece, Christopher D'Amboise, and a slide show by Stephan Driscoll. Jess Meeker performs an excerpt from Dance of the Ages, and members of the Off-Center Ballet perform a piece d'occasion choreographed by Christopher D'Amboise and titled Liz the Wiz.
