Kristina discusses her dance background and training, her time as a student at the Pillow in 1995 and 1996, her relationship with the Horton technique, her role as Milton Myers' demonstrator, her professional dance performing career with the Joyce Trisler Company and the Erick Hawkins Company, and her current professional career of teaching the Horton technique.
