Description:
Master Sat Hon leads dancers of the 2019 Contemporary Ballet program and Pillow staff and interns through a class of Qigong practices. Participants learned practical daily Qigong routines to booster their health and heal joint pain. Drawing from the Six Healing Sounds Qigong, Chaotic Harmonic Scale, and the Sacred Dance of the Jade Immortal, participants learned the basics of Taoist healing art.
